Assistant Chief Beoshanz is a third generation West Plainfield Volunteer who joined the department in 1994. Assistant Chief Beoshanz was born and raised in the West Plainfield area. Assistant Chief Beoshanz graduated from Davis High School, has a Bachelors' of Science in Economics from California State University Fresno. Assistant Chief Beoshanz's fulltime employment is with the Harris Moran Seed Company. Assistant Chief Beoshanz is married and has two children.
